Accessibility Statement

Effective September 5, 2026  ·  Target standard WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Mardenly Consulting LLC intends this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, enlarge text, or rely on high contrast. This statement sets out the standard we build to, what we have verified, and how to reach us if something does not work.

Standard we follow

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. That standard is the benchmark courts apply under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is the standard the Department of Justice codified for public entities in its 2024 rule. We treat it as the requirement for this site.

What we do not use

This site uses no accessibility overlay or widget. Overlays are marketed as a one click fix and do not deliver one. In 2025 more than a fifth of website accessibility lawsuits in the United States were filed against sites that already had one installed. We fix the underlying markup instead.

The site also contains no video, no audio, no time limits, and no content that flashes.

Some elements move as you scroll. All of that motion is driven by your own scrolling, never automatic, and it never starts, loops, or continues on its own. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, every scroll effect is switched off and the page is delivered as plain stacked content. The same plain version is served if scripting is unavailable, so nothing is hidden behind an effect that fails to run.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any part of this site that fails Level AA. Automated testing catches roughly a third of accessibility problems, so if you meet a barrier we have not found, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

Write to sharif@mardenly.com with the subject line Accessibility. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. Include the assistive technology and browser you use if you can. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers within thirty days.

If you cannot use this site to reach us, telephone +1 (800) 910-1641 and we will take your inquiry that way. We will provide any information on this site in an alternative format on request, at no charge.

Enforcement

This statement is made under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. section 12181 and following, and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act where applicable. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially and at least once a year.
